Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email at pxpivxx@gmail.com.

- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
International
- International Standard (10–21 business days): Starting at $19.99
- International Expedited (5–10 business days): Starting at $39.99
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. OPULENT is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours of receipt.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
OPULENT is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
OPULENT is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at pxpivxx@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
OPULENT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
